The service

The Fleet Book on this website is provided free of charge to fleet owners and transporters. United Tyres may add, change or stop features at any time.

Forecasts are estimates

Tyre change dates, kilometres and reminders shown on this website are estimates based on the information entered. They are not a safety inspection. Always check tyre condition, tread depth and inflation on the vehicle itself. Documents such as insurance, fitness, permits and PUC must be renewed on time regardless of reminders.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for activity under your account. If you ask our team to enter data for you, please review it.

Purchases and pickups

Requests made on this website are enquiries. Supply of tyres, retreading services and purchase of old tyres happen only against a written quotation, invoice or agreement, on the prices and terms stated there.

Catalogue, prices and brand names

Tyre sizes, products and prices on this website are for information. Prices are indicative, per tyre and include GST unless stated; stock, price and delivery are confirmed only in a written quotation or invoice. Tyre and brand names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the products we can supply; United Tyres is an independent supplier and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer unless it says so. Always fit the size and load rating your vehicle maker specifies.

Partner Points

Applying to become a Partner Point is an expression of interest and creates no obligation on either side. Any partnership, fee or deposit is agreed only in a separate written agreement. United Tyres does not offer guaranteed income, fixed returns or buy-back of any amount paid.

Acceptable use

Do not enter vehicles you are not authorised to manage, attempt to access other accounts, or misuse the website.

Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, United Tyres is not liable for losses arising from reliance on forecasts or reminders, or from interruptions to the website.
